Answer in particular: 

Becka Powers is a transplanted hillbilly who is a failure at retirement!   She has written, taught and tutored most forms of the written and spoken word.  She’s worked with elementary school students to octogenarians in both writing and speaking.

Becka’s Credo

Becka believes writing is simple and that she can show people how easily it can be mastered.

Becka believes public speaking can be frightening, but she can show people how to survive giving a speech in front of others.

Becka believes in Randall Jarrell’s  quote  “If I were a rich man, I’d pay money to teach.”  Unfortunately, she has to pay rent for her office and needs to charge for tutoring.

Becka believes her prices are a bargain at $20 an hour in the office and $10 for online follow-up.

Becka believes in God and His expectations for us  (as well as her blood and adopted family, helping people,  recycling, cats,  being kind,  football and making a difference for Clayton).
